This resource is part of the official resources and may be outdated on community, so always prefer to get the latest version that comes with MTA: https://mirror.mtasa.com/mtasa/resources/mtasa-resources-latest.zip
Notes: version 1.0.2, that currently downloads, is latest official and versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.2 - which you can still get in version list - are older unofficial modifications with fancy stuff added by Jaysds1, e.g seasonal themese, time, date, player count. But MTA does not recommend using those versions.
