This script is based off of the create vehicle script but it also sets your vehicles damage proof. The default command handler is icv so if you typed "/icv bullet" it would spawn an invincible bullet.
DONT FORGET TO ADD TO YOUR ACL
You don't want noobs driving around invincible cars on your server so please code this into your acl.
For those who don't know how:
find this line <acl name="Default"> add a line under that with this text. <right name="command.icv" access="false"/>
then for admin (<acl name="Admin">):
<right name="command.icv" access="true"/>
