Similar resource I suggest : radargen by Ren712
This script is a work I didn't finish, it may have some issues. I decided to share at least this version.
INSTRUCTION
1_ Press F2 to open the panel
2_ set 1st/2nd and Z position, it will draw an area on the map
3_ Start the scan using F2
4_ Once the scan is finished, click save and set a name
5_ The top-view image is now saved inside the resource folder : mapscanner/maps/map_name.jpeg
NOTE : map can have some issues (blue parts, etc...). You can try to adjust settings to fix these issues.
