Locked: acl/team/account/password
Upgrade : Copy old xml all files paste new files.

*Some bug fixes
*Locked system add
*Explode respawn system fixes
*New respawn method Not use vehicle 30 min respawning
*New locked mode Password
V 1.2 Fatures:
*Locked anim
*Upgrage(just one upgrade)
*Warning text
*Light color
*Siren
*No damage
*New car add, you do not need to restart again
Note:Vehicle locking/unlocking, you can use other script.

*Auto respawn(For explode vehicle)

*Delete/add vehicle ingame.
