modified version of map manager to allow anyone to view it
For more information, refer to https://github.com/multitheftauto/mtasa-resources/tree/mas..%5D/webmap and also its latest refactor update: https://github.com/multitheftauto/mtasa-resources/pull/281 because for example, you need to realize to also update 'ajax' resource version if you update 'webmap'.
