Its the old gamenet anticheat.
Contains the old anti-s0beit and such stuff.
Improves syncronisation, even if your ass lags 100000 ms, you'll still get a headshot.

Makes health hacks impossible. The server does the damage.
Bullets don't kill people. Chuck Norris kills people.
