Description:
here's the new resource manager for mta sa
features :
1 - you can compile any resource from the server directly
2 - you can compile all server's resources by one click
3 - you can (start, stop, delete, restart) any resource
4 - you can rename the resources now from the script

NOTE : this resource needs :
1 - admin rights
2 - type /aclrequest allow ResourcesManager all becouse the script need some acl rights that not exist in admin group
