Yes,you can but it depends for what type of gamemode.
If it's an RPG,just edit the ACL and add a group named SWAT and add the right to use the flashligt.

Einheit-101 - I've made sure that there are no unnecessary variables and definitions in the shader files - the effect files are now created depending on defined needs. This way i have significantly improved the resource performance (seems to work faster than ever).

If MTA: EIR does reduce the performance demand - very well!!! This will definitely be used in my future server if it`s finished! The effect is great!

Einheit-101 - All world layered effects are demanding. This should change with MTA:Eir.

I just installed it and due to shader_detail i had to turn "layered" on. The performance impact of this resource is high, i lost 20 fps after turning on the Light on my local Server.

It took me a too great deal of work to just release that. There is a server where it might get some use thou - if it doesn't start in 2 months i will probably release the night fade on community.

There is a variable in the flashlight resource called gBrightness. Also you will need to modify effectRange. A bit of scripting and you could make something that you need.

I have tested it with some other people and fixed a major issue for >4 flashlights. I'd advise updating the resource. The effect redefinition didn't work properly.

And another thing. Nobody has ever said anything about the no-fog issue for shader model 3 effect... and why ?! I've been working mostly on my old laptop so i haven't had much chance to notice. The issue has been fixed in current version.

-Reapplied gtasa fog for sm 3.0 effect (thanks to ccw for the SM 3.0 pixel shader snippet for fog)

If there are any other bugs you see - post them here. The screenshots are most descriptive way of doing so.

ma7med19 - Download the latest version of the resource. Post a screenshot here - that will be a lot more descriptive. How do you know it's just this gpu ? Please type /dxGetStatus in chatbox, then paste this into my email. The email is in the readme.txt.
